Article 71. Accounting for the state of the State Subsoil Fund Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use Republic of Kazakhstan
1. In order to take into account the state of the state subsoil fund,:
1) maintaining a unified cadastre of the state subsoil fund;
2) state monitoring of subsurface resources;
3) collection, storage, systematization, generalization and analysis of geological information.
2. Information on the state of the subsurface is based on the results of a geological study of the subsurface, as well as geological information, reports and other documents submitted by subsurface users in accordance with this Code.
