Article 921. Liability of a legal entity or citizen for harm caused by its employee of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A legal entity or a citizen shall compensate for the damage caused by its employee in the performance of labor (official, official) duties.
2. With regard to the provisions of this Code on obligations resulting from harm, employees are citizens who perform work on the basis of an employment contract, as well as on the basis of a civil law contract, if they acted or should have acted on the instructions and under the supervision of the relevant legal entity or citizen responsible for the safe conduct of work.
Economic partnerships, joint-stock companies and production cooperatives compensate for the damage caused by their participants (members) during the latter's entrepreneurial, production or other activities of the partnership, joint-stock company or cooperative.
