Jurisdiction of civil cases in courts
The application is submitted to the court according to the rules of jurisdiction established by Chapter 3 of the CPC, either to the court at the place of residence of the citizen, or to the court at the location of the state body whose actions are being challenged. Disputes in this category of cases were considered mainly by district courts, since one of the parties is citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The generalization showed that most of the applications submitted to the courts were accepted in compliance with the rules of jurisdiction and did not cause certain difficulties for the courts.
