Article 33. Jurisdiction of several related cases of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The claim of a third party making an independent claim and a counterclaim, regardless of their jurisdiction, are filed in court at the place of consideration of the original claim.
2. If several claims are filed against one defendant, the court has the right to combine them into one proceeding if the subject of the dispute or the basis is related to the subject of the dispute or the basis of the case pending before the court, and the jurisdiction of such claims will not violate the jurisdiction of the case pending before the court.
3. A claim arising from a criminal case, if it has not been filed or has not been resolved as a civil claim in the course of criminal proceedings or left without consideration by the court, with the exception of the cases provided for in part nine of Article 23 of this Code, shall be brought for consideration in civil proceedings against a person sentenced to imprisonment at his place of residence. residence before conviction or at the place of residence or location of the plaintiff.
A claim arising from a criminal case on a socially dangerous act of an insane person, if it was not filed or was not resolved as a civil claim during the proceedings or left without consideration by the court during the proceedings, is submitted for consideration in civil proceedings at the place of residence of the person financially responsible for the actions of the insane person, or for the plaintiff's place of residence or location.
