On establishing the amount of deductions from bets made by the organizer of gambling business, who operates a bookmaker’s office or a totalizator, which are sent to a single operator engaged in the distribution of extra‑budgetary funds aimed at developing physical culture and sports, to the fund of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of Olympic sports and to the public fund “Kazakhstan Khalkyna”, as well as for the operation of the unified accounting system and to ensure the activities of the legal entity that ensures the operation of the unified accounting system, and on determining the proportions for the allocation of deductions.

In accordance with subparagraphs 2) and 3) of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Gambling Business,” the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Establish deductions from each accepted bet made by the organizer of the gambling business, who operates a bookmaker’s office or a totalizator (hereinafter referred to as deductions), to be sent to a single operator engaged in the distribution of extra‑budgetary funds aimed at developing physical culture and sports, to the fund of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of Olympic sports and to the public fund “Qazaqstan halkyna”, as well as for the operation of the unified accounting system and to support the activities of the legal entity that ensures the operation of the unified accounting system, in the amount of 3.3 (three point three) percent.
2. Determine the following proportions for the allocation of deductions withheld by the legal entity responsible for ensuring the functioning of the unified accounting system, in the amount established in paragraph 1 of this resolution:
1) 45 (forty‑five) percent to the unified operator engaged in distributing extrabudgetary funds allocated for the development of physical culture and sports;
2) 21 (twenty‑one) percent to the fund of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of Olympic sports.
3) to the public fund “Қазақстан халқына” — 21 (twenty‑one) percent;
4) to the legal entity ensuring the operation of the unified accounting system, for the operation of the unified accounting system and for ensuring the activities of the legal entity ensuring the operation of the unified accounting system — 13 (thirteen) percent.
3. This resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
