Article 103. Termination of the contract of lease (sublease) of a dwelling from the state housing stock or a dwelling rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock at the request of the landlord and eviction of the tenant (sublease) from the dwelling of the Law On Housing Relations

Article 103. Termination of the contract of lease (sublease) of a dwelling from the state housing stock or a dwelling rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock at the request of the landlord and eviction of the tenant (sublease) from the dwelling of the Law On Housing Relations

      1. A lease agreement for a dwelling from the state housing stock or a dwelling leased by a local executive body from a private housing stock may be terminated at the request of the landlord only on the grounds established by this Law.  

     2. Eviction from public housing stock dwellings and dwellings rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock, or dwellings rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock, is permitted in cases of termination of the lease (sublease) agreement, as well as on other grounds provided for by this Law.  

     3. Minor children who have been left without parental care are not allowed to be evicted from the State housing stock or from housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock, or from housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock.
