Article 564. Peculiarities of certain types of property hiring and hiring of certain types of property of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Home / Codes / Article 564. Peculiarities of certain types of property hiring and hiring of certain types of property of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The provisions provided for in this paragraph shall apply to certain types of property lease agreements and contracts for the rental of certain types of property (leasing, leasing of enterprises, rental of buildings and structures, rental of vehicles, rental), unless otherwise provided for by legislative acts and rules of this Code on them.
