Control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on political parties, as well as over the compliance of the activities of a political party and its structural divisions (branches and representative offices) with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by:

1) registration authorities that have the right to request or obtain access to documents of a political party and its structural divisions (branches and representative offices) confirming the existence of the required number of members of a political party;

2) state revenue authorities in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) other state bodies in cases stipulated by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Verification of the authenticity of the lists of the initiative group of citizens for the creation of a political party, members of a political party for compliance with the requirements of paragraph 1 of Article 6, Article 8, paragraph 6 of Article 10 of this Law is carried out by the relevant state bodies in accordance with the procedure determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
