Article 22. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on Political Parties
1. This Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
1-1. Suspend until January 1, 2019:
subparagraph 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 9, having established that during the period of its suspension, subparagraph 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 9 is valid as follows:
"9) the grounds for the recall or rotation of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected from a political party in the territory of a single national electoral district;";
subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of Article 16, having established that during the period of its suspension, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of Article 16 is valid as follows:
"2) candidates for deputies of the relevant maslikhats are nominated.".
2. To invalidate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 1996 "On Political Parties" (Gazette of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 11-12, Article 260; 1997, No. 13-14, Article 205).
