1. The funds of a political party are formed from:

1) entrance and membership fees;

2) donations from citizens and non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the central executive body responsible for tax control over the fulfillment of tax obligations to the state, provided that these donations are documented and their source is indicated.;

3) income from entrepreneurial activity;

4) budget funds.

2. Donations to a political party and its structural subdivisions (branches and representative offices) from:

1) foreign states, foreign legal entities and international organizations;

2) foreigners and stateless persons;

3) legal entities with foreign participation;

4) state bodies and state organizations;

5) religious associations and charitable organizations;

6) anonymous donors;

7) from citizens or non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan receiving grants and other funds from international or foreign non-governmental organizations.

Donations received from the persons referred to in this paragraph shall be credited to the State's income by a court decision.

3. The money of the political party is placed in the accounts of banks registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Money and other property of a political party may not be distributed among its members and must be spent in accordance with the statutory objectives. A political party may use its funds for charitable purposes.

5. The annual financial statements of a political party are published annually in national print media.
