Article 131. Appeal by a state legal entity against illegal actions (inaction) of state bodies The Law on State Property
A state-owned legal entity has the right, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to appeal in court illegal actions (inaction) of state bodies, including actions (inaction) of the authorized body for state property and the authorized body of the relevant branch, the local executive body, the office of the akim of a city of regional significance, village, settlement, rural district related to the redistribution of property., as well as other actions (inaction) that violate the rights of a state-owned legal entity.
