Article 31-1. Appeal against decisions and actions (inaction) of the Referendum Commissions Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum

     Decisions and actions (inaction) The results of the referendum may be appealed in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in a part that does not contradict this Constitutional Law.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
