Article 135-1. Failure by officials to report the facts of abandonment of a newborn, admission and delivery of orphaned children and children left without parental care The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences

     1. Failure by officials of medical organizations and organizations performing the functions of protecting the rights of the child about the facts of abandonment of a newborn, admission and delivery of orphaned children and children left without parental care to the body performing the functions of guardianship or guardianship and the prosecutor's office of the relevant administrative-territorial unit, –

     entails a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices.

     2. The same act committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

     entails a fine in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.
