Article 101. Murder committed in a state of passion of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 Murder committed in a state of sudden intense emotional agitation (affect) caused by violence, bullying or grave insult or other illegal or immoral actions (inaction) of the victim, as well as a prolonged traumatic situation that arose in connection with the systematic illegal or immoral behavior of the victim, –
is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years or imprisonment for the same term.
2 Murder of two or more persons committed under the circumstances specified in the first part of this Article, -
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to five years.
