Article 15. The parties to the enforcement proceedings The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
1. The parties to the enforcement proceedings are the recoverer and the debtor.
2. The recoverer is a natural or legal person in whose favor or in whose interests the enforcement document has been issued.
3. The debtor is a natural or legal person who is obliged to fulfill the requirements stipulated in the executive document.
4. Several recoverers or debtors (accomplices) may participate in enforcement proceedings. Each of them participates in the enforcement proceedings independently. An accomplice may assign another accomplice to represent his interests in enforcement proceedings with his consent, except in cases where, according to the enforcement document, the debtor is charged with duties that he can only perform himself (personal duties).
