Article 175. Calculation of the probation control period of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The term of probation control is calculated from the date of registration of a person sentenced on probation with the probation service.
2. Probation control is carried out during the entire period established by the court verdict. Upon expiration of the probation control period, the probation service removes a person who has been sentenced on probation from its account.
3. The period of probation control is suspended from the moment of the beginning of the initial search activities on the basis of a court order to put on the wanted list a person sentenced on probation, and is resumed by court order.
