Article 21. Conditions of probation control of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The person in respect of whom probation control is established is obliged to:

     1) to appear within ten days from the date of entry into force of the verdict or court order, and persons released from institutions – within five working days from the date of release to the authorized state body that will monitor their behavior, for registration;

     2) comply with the conditions and procedure established by this Code for serving sentences and other criminal law measures;

     3) appear at the authorized state body responsible for monitoring his behavior to report on his behavior and participate in a preventive conversation;

     4) inform the authorized state body responsible for monitoring his behavior in writing about a change in his permanent place of residence, work or study.  

     2. In order to achieve the goals of punishment and other measures of criminal legal impact, the authorized state body exercising control over the behavior of the convicted person interacts with state bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
