Article 181-1. The rights and obligations of the employee of the sending party in the field of safety and labor protection of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. An employee of the sending party has the right to:
1) a workplace equipped in accordance with occupational safety and health requirements at the receiving party;
2) provision of sanitary facilities in accordance with the safety and labor protection requirements of the receiving party;
3) obtaining reliable information from the receiving party about the characteristics of the workplace and the territory of the organization, the state of conditions, safety and labor protection, the existing occupational risk to his life and health, as well as measures to protect him from the effects of harmful and (or) dangerous industrial factors.
2. The employee of the sending party is obliged to:
1) comply with the requirements of the norms, rules and instructions on safety and labor protection of the receiving party;
2) immediately inform the employer or the representative of the receiving party about every work injury and other damage to the health of employees, signs of occupational disease (poisoning), as well as about a situation that poses a threat to human life and health;
3) at the request of the receiving party, undergo preventive medical examinations in cases stipulated by the act of the receiving party.
