1. Violation of safety regulations, industrial sanitation or other labor protection regulations committed by a person responsible for organizing or ensuring compliance with these rules, which negligently caused moderate harm to health., –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one hundred and sixty monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one hundred and sixty hours, or arrest for up to forty days.

2. The same act that negligently caused serious harm to health, –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to two years.

3. The act provided for in the first part of this article, which negligently caused the death of a person, –

is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to five years or by imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.

4. The act provided for in the first part of this Article, which negligently caused the death of two or more persons, –

is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to seven years or by imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to four years.
