1. A turnkey construction contract may be concluded for the construction of facilities, the list of which is approved by maslikhats of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

2. In order to conclude a turnkey construction contract, the customer carries out public procurement through a tender.

3. The result of the completed work under the turnkey construction contract is a capital construction facility that has been put into operation.

4. Other specifics of the preparation and implementation of a turnkey construction contract are determined by this Law, the rules of public procurement and the provisions of the contract.
