Article 192-1. Circumstances to be proved during the inquiry CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. During the inquiry, in accordance with Article 113 of this Code, the following must be proved: the event of a criminal offense, the person who committed an act prohibited by criminal law, the guilt of the person, the nature and amount of damage, and other circumstances relevant to the case.

     2. To establish the circumstances specified in part one of this article, certificates may be requested on the presence or absence of a criminal record from a person suspected of committing a criminal offense, characteristics from his place of work or study, and other materials relevant to the case; the victim, witness, and other necessary investigative actions may be conducted.
