Article 29. Transfer of works to the public domain of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights
1. The expiration of copyright on works means their transfer to the public domain.

3. Works that have passed into the public domain may be freely used by any person without payment of royalties. At the same time, the right of authorship, the right to a name and the right to protect the reputation of the author must be respected.
4. In order to promote the creative activity of authors and improve their material and living conditions, users of works that have passed into the public domain have the right to make contributions to professional funds of authors or organizations for the collective management of authors' rights.
