Article 47-1. Revocation of the certificate of accreditation of organizations for the collective management of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights
The certificate of accreditation of organizations for collective management of rights is revoked by the authorized body in the following cases::
1) identification of false information in the documents that served as the basis for the decision on accreditation; -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2025 No. 233-VIII SAM.
2) failure to submit an annual report on the activities of an accredited organization to the authorized body within the prescribed period;
3) submitting to the authorized body an annual report on the activities of an accredited organization containing knowingly false information; -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2025 No. 233-VIII SAM.
4) carrying out commercial activities;
5) failure to fulfill the obligations stipulated in Article 46 of this Law;
6) late payment of royalties; - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2025 No. 233-VIII SAM.
7) failure to take measures to search for authors, performers and producers of phonograms to transfer the collected royalties; -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2025 No. 233-VIII SAM.
8) bringing to administrative responsibility for obstructing officials of state control and supervision bodies in the performance of their official duties, as well as non-compliance with resolutions, regulations and other requirements;
9) the application of remuneration rates to authors, performers and producers of phonograms below the minimum remuneration rates established by the authorized body.
