Article 48. Violation of copyright and Related Rights Chapter 5. Protection of copyright and related rights law on copyright and related rights
1.for violation of copyright and (or) related rights provided for by this law, liability arises in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. in relation to works or objects of related rights:
1) carry out actions aimed at removing the restrictions established by the use of copyright and technical means of protecting related rights to the use of works or objects of related rights without the permission of the author or other copyright holder;
2) manufacture, distribution, distribution, transfer for temporary use, import, advertising of any device or its components, their use for profit or provision of services in cases where, as a result of such actions, it is impossible to use technical means of protecting copyright and related rights, or these technical means cannot ensure proper protection of these rights;
3) Delete or change information about copyright management without the permission of the author or other copyright holder;
4) in respect of works or objects of related rights whose information on the management of property rights has been deleted or changed without the permission of the author or other rightholder, their reproduction, distribution, import for the purpose of distribution, public execution, transmission to the public by cable or broadcast, bringing to the attention of the general public.
