1. An expert organization established by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the organizational and legal form of a republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, subordinate in its activities to the authorized body:

1) introduces information, changes and cancellation in the State Register of Rights to Objects protected by Copyright;

2) interacts with government agencies and other organizations within the framework of its activities;

3) maintains the State Register of Rights to Copyrighted Objects and provides access to it;

4) form and maintain registers in the field of collective management of rights provided for by this Law;

5) implements a single digital platform, as well as ensures that information is posted by organizations for the collective management of rights and users in accordance with articles 44, 46 and 47 of this Law.;

6) carries out information content, development, maintenance and system maintenance of the unified digital platform in accordance with the requirements of this Law;

7) monitors the unified digital platform, as well as ensures the interaction of the unified digital platform with digital systems;

8) provides consulting assistance to the subject of the unified digital platform on the functioning of the unified digital platform free of charge;

9) ensures cybersecurity of data hosted on a single digital platform;

10) manages the rights in the sphere of exercising the rights of authors, performers, producers of phonograms and audiovisual works to receive remuneration for the reproduction of phonograms and audiovisual works for personal purposes and without income;

11) carries out other types of activities not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. When paying for services for entering information into the Register, an expert organization provides benefits for:

participants of the Great Patriotic War, persons equated by benefits to participants of the Great Patriotic War, and veterans of military operations on the territory of other states;

persons awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War;

persons who worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 and were not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War;

persons with disabilities, as well as one of the parents of a person with a disability since childhood;

Kandasov;

minors.

Benefits are provided in the amount of 95 percent of the price for the service of entering information in the Register, provided that supporting documents are submitted on belonging to any of the above categories of persons.

3. The expert organization, in coordination with the authorized body, approves the prices for the services provided, subject to ensuring full reimbursement of the costs incurred by this organization for their provision, break-even of its activities and financing from its own income.
