1. This Law applies to relations arising in connection with the insolvency of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who is not registered as an individual entrepreneur.

2. The relationships that individual entrepreneurs have in connection with the inability to fully satisfy creditors' claims are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on rehabilitation and bankruptcy.

3. The court shall consider applications for the application of the solvency restoration procedure and the judicial bankruptcy procedure, as well as the conclusion of a settlement agreement according to the general rules of civil proceedings with the specifics established by this Law.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the event of the insolvency of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishes the grounds for the application of the procedure for restoring solvency, as well as the procedures for out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, the procedure and conditions for their conduct.
