Article 4. Principles of application of the procedure of restoration of solvency to citizens, as well as the procedure of out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy The Law on the Restoration of Solvency and Bankruptcy of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The application of the procedure for restoring solvency to citizens, as well as the procedure for out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, is based on the principles of:

     1) legality;

     2) justice;

     3) publicity and openness;

     4) government regulation;

     5) conscientiousness of citizens;

     6) the onset of consequences.

 

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the event of the insolvency of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishes the grounds for the application of the procedure for restoring solvency, as well as the procedures for out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, the procedure and conditions for their conduct.
