Article 20-1. Restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In case of inability to satisfy the creditor's (creditors') claims, procedures for restoring solvency, out-of-court or judicial bankruptcy are applied to the citizen on the terms and in accordance with the procedure provided for The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

     2. This article does not apply to individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
