Article 372. Disclosure of the testimony of the victim and witness CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The disclosure in court proceedings of the testimony of the victim and witness given by them during the pre-trial proceedings in the case or in the previous court proceedings, as well as video recordings and filming of their interrogation, is permitted in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 377 of this Code.:
1) if there are significant contradictions between these statements and the statements they gave in court.;
2) if the victim or witness is not present at the court session for reasons that exclude the possibility of their appearance at the trial.;
3) when depositing testimony by the investigating judge.
2. The reproduction of sound recordings of the testimony of the victim and witness, video recordings and filming of their interrogation may take place according to the rules established in the second part of Article 368 of this Code.
