1. Compensation is paid by the central authorized body for budget execution no later than ten calendar days following the date of submission by the state body performing the functions of criminal prosecution of the centralized register of compensation recipients to the bank account of compensation recipients.

2. In case of absence or insufficiency of money, compensation is paid by the central authorized body for budget execution when replenishing the funds of the Compensation Fund for Victims from the sources specified in paragraph 1 of Article 10 of this Law.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases aimed at ensuring the payment of compensation to victims of certain types of criminal offenses.
