Article 493. Suspension of execution of a sentence, court order of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Court of Cassation, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the right to suspend the execution of a sentence or court order for review in cassation for a period of no more than six months.
