Article 570. The procedure for executing a request (instruction, petition) for the provision of legal assistance CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The body conducting criminal proceedings shall execute a request (instruction, petition) for legal assistance submitted to it in accordance with the established procedure in accordance with the general rules of this Code.

     2. When executing a request (instruction, petition), the norms of the procedural legislation of a foreign state may be applied, if this is provided for by an international agreement of the Republic of Kazakhstan with this state.

     3. If a request (instruction, petition) for legal assistance cannot be executed, the documents received shall be returned to the requesting party in accordance with the established procedure, indicating the reasons that prevented its execution.
