Article 674. On the enactment of this Code and the invalidation of certain legislative acts of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. This Code shall enter into force on January 1, 2015, with the exception of the provisions provided for in parts two and three of Article 673, for which other terms of entry into force have been established.
2. To recognize the following legislative acts as invalid from January 1, 2015:
