Article 707. Liability of the carrier for causing harm to the life or health of a passenger of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Home / RLA / Article 707. Liability of the carrier for causing harm to the life or health of a passenger of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The carrier's liability for obligations arising as a result of harm to the life or health of a passenger is determined in accordance with the rules of Chapter 47 of this Code, unless legislative acts or the contract of carriage provide for increased liability of the carrier.
