Article 19. Exemption from liability for harming a terrorist from the Law on Combating Terrorism
When conducting an anti-terrorist operation on the basis and within the limits established by this Law, forced harm to the health and property of a terrorist, as well as other law-enforcement interests, is allowed. At the same time, military personnel, specialists and other persons involved in countering terrorism are exempt from liability for damage caused during an anti-terrorist operation or for making a decision to eliminate a terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 416.
This Law establishes the principles, purpose, legal and organizational basis for countering terrorism.
