Article 114. Reckless injury to health of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Causing moderate harm to health by negligence –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to eighty monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to eighty hours, or arrest for up to twenty days.

2 Causing moderate harm to health by negligence to two or more persons –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one hundred and twenty hours, or arrest for up to thirty days.

3 Causing serious injury by negligence –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to four hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to one year, or imprisonment for the same term.

4 Causing serious injury to health by negligence to two or more persons –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to six hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.
