Article 883. The entry into force of the resolution on the case of an administrative offense, the instructions on the need to pay a fine in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
The decision on the case of an administrative offense, the order on the need to pay a fine come into legal force.:
1) after the expiration of the time limit set for appealing a decision in the case of an administrative offense, an order on the need to pay a fine, if it has not been appealed or protested.;
2) immediately after the issuance of a decision on the complaint, protest, as well as a decision in the case provided for in Article 839 of this Code.;
3) immediately in the case provided for in the first paragraph of the second part of Article 811 of this Code;
3-1) immediately upon the written request of the person in respect of whom the proceedings are being conducted and the victim provided for in Articles 744 and 745 of this Code.;
4) after the announcement of the resolution on the expulsion of a foreigner or stateless person from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
