Article 92. The specifics of providing reproductive and mental health services to minors aged ten to eighteen and youth The Code on the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan

   1. Healthcare entities provide confidential comprehensive care, including medical, psychosocial, and legal services, to minors between the ages of ten and eighteen and youth.

     2. Minors between the ages of ten and eighteen and young people have access to reproductive and mental health services and facilities without referral from primary health care professionals.

     3. The rules for the organization of medical care for the protection of reproductive and mental health of minors aged ten to eighteen years and youth are approved by the authorized body.
