On awarding the 2009 State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 9, 2009 No. 885

Having considered the recommendations of the Commission on awarding the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology,

I DECREE:      

1. To award the 2009 State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology to the authors: 1) for a series of papers on "Fundamental research in the field of nuclear and radiation physics based on advanced experimental nuclear physics facilities at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the creation of nuclear and radiation technologies based on them": Kadyrzhanov Kairat Kamalovich, Director General of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor;      Gadlet Batyrbekov, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor; Alexander Borisenko, Deputy Director General of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Alnur Duisebayev, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor;      Zhotabaev Zhenis Rakhmetovich - Chief Researcher of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor; Lysukhin Sergey Nikolaevich - Chief Engineer of the Accelerator Complex Department of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Maksimkin Oleg Prokopevich - Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, to the professor;      Adil Tuleushev, Director of the Institute of Nuclear Physics at the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Technical Sciences; 2) for his work "Minerageny and prospects for the development of Kazakhstan's Mineral resources": Edgard Slav Votsalevsky, Chief Researcher at the K.I. Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences LLP, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Academician National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Nikolai Mifodyevich Zhukov, a leading researcher at K.I. Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences LLP. Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences; Leonid Alexandrovich Miroshnichenko - Head of the laboratory of K.I. Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences LLP, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Professor; Bulat Mamytkhanovich Rakishev - Director of K.I. Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences LLP, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Professor;      Akylbekov Siezbek Amanbekovich, retired, former head of the Republican Center for Geological Information "Kazgeoinform" of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences; Bulat Sultanovich Uzhkenov, Chairman of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences;      3) for the work "Automorphisms and subalgebras of free algebras": Umirbaev Ualbai Utmakhanbetovich, Head of the Department of Algebra and Geometry of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor.      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
