Article 10. Conditions for payment of Government premiums on contributions to housing construction savings Chapter 3. State support for the housing construction savings system of the Law on Housing Construction Savings in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The state ensures payment of state premiums to depositors who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The payment of the state premium to depositors of savings for major repairs of the common property of the condominium facility is not carried out.
2. Contributions from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have not reached the age of eighteen, or made in their name by other persons, are also encouraged by the state award.
3. The amount of the annual premium of the state for contributions to housing construction savings is twenty percent of the amount of the encouraged contribution. The contribution encouraged by the State's premium includes the amount of the contribution to housing construction savings and the accrued remuneration from the housing construction savings bank.
4. The state premium is calculated annually at the end of the year for the balance of the contribution to housing construction savings, taking into account the accrued remuneration of the housing construction savings bank as of January 1 of the year following the reporting one.
The state award is credited to the depositor's account by March 1 of the year following the reporting year.
The state's bonus in the current year is not credited to the amount of the contribution promoted in previous years.
The amount of money accumulated by the depositor, encouraged by the state premium, cannot exceed two hundred monthly calculation indices.
If the amount of accumulated money encouraged by the state's bonus exceeds two hundred monthly calculation indices, then the remaining amount of accumulated money that is not encouraged is taken into account when calculating the state's bonus next year.
5. The money needed to pay state bonuses is provided annually in the republican budget for the corresponding fiscal year.
6. The rules for calculating and paying government premiums for contributions to housing construction savings are approved by the authorized body in the field of housing relations.
