The amount of the insured sum under the compulsory liability insurance contract for private notaries is determined by its terms and conditions and must be at least 1,000 for notaries operating in cities of national significance and the capital, and at least 500 times the monthly calculation index established by the law on the republican budget for the relevant fiscal year as of the date of conclusion for other notaries. compulsory liability insurance contracts for private notaries.
