Article 3. The main purpose, objectives and principles of this Law are the Law on the State Social Order, the State Order for the Implementation of Strategic Partnership, Grants and Awards for Non-governmental Organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The main purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for the implementation of a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and the awarding of prizes to non-governmental organizations.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) improving the effectiveness of the implementation of social programs and social projects;

2) improving the quality of social services provided by non-governmental organizations;

3) ensuring the participation of non-governmental organizations in solving social problems;

4) support for civic initiatives;

5) development of cooperation between the State and non-governmental organizations.

3. The basic principles of this Law are:

1) legality;

2) ensuring equal opportunities for non-governmental organizations;

3) transparency and openness of the process of the state social order, the state order for the implementation of strategic partnerships, grants and awards.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2005 No. 36.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and the awarding of prizes to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
