On signing the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the communications procedure

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2023 No. 110

     In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To authorize Akan Akasovich Rakhmetullin, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations, to sign the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the communications procedure on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
