In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 81 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the notification form for the start of the inspection, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;
2) the notification form for the extension of the inspection period in accordance with Appendix 2 to this order;
3) the notification form on the suspension (resumption) of the inspection period in accordance with Appendix 3 to this order;
4) the form of notification of changes in the composition of the inspection officials of the authorized body for civil service affairs, its territorial division in accordance with Appendix 4 to this order;
5) the form of the certificate of inspection results in accordance with Appendix 5 to this order;
6) the form of submission on the elimination of violations identified by the results of the audit in accordance with Annex 6 to this order.
2. To invalidate the order of the Acting Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs dated June 5, 2024 No. 90 "On approval of the notification forms for the start of the audit, extension and (or) suspension (resumption) of the audit period, on changes in the composition of the inspection officials of the authorized body or its territorial subdivision, certificates of the results of the audit and ideas about the elimination of violations identified by the results of the audit" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 34458).
3. The Department of Control in the field of Civil Service of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
4. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, who oversees control issues in the field of public service.
5. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
