Article 10. Personnel of the State courier service The Law on the State courier Service

     1. The staff of the state courier service consists of staff members of the internal affairs bodies and employees. Employees of the state courier service are provided with firearms and other weapons, special protective equipment and communications.

     2. The number of staff and employees of the state courier service is approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation by the State courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State courier service) of activities in the provision of state courier services, defines the legal and organizational foundations of such activities, as well as social guarantees for employees of the state courier service and their family members.
