Article 15. Responsibility of employees of the state courier service The Law on the State courier Service

     For non-fulfillment or improper performance of their official duties, employees of the state courier service bear criminal, administrative, civil, and disciplinary liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation by the State courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State courier service) of activities in the provision of state courier services, defines the legal and organizational foundations of such activities, as well as social guarantees for employees of the state courier service and their family members.
