Article 10. The concept of full partnership  Section II. Peculiarities of certain types of business partnerships Chapter I. General Partnership of the Law on Business Partnerships

      An economic partnership is recognized as complete, the participants of which, if the property of the general partnership is insufficient, are jointly and severally liable for its obligations with all property belonging to them.
