Article 67. Withdrawal of a participant from a full partnership of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A participant in a general partnership may withdraw from the partnership at any time, notifying the other participants at least within the time period provided for by legislative acts or the founding agreement.
2. If, upon the withdrawal of a participant, the general partnership remains, the outgoing participant is paid the value of his share in the property of the partnership, proportional to the contribution made, in accordance with the balance sheet drawn up on the day of withdrawal. At the request of the participant and with the consent of the partnership, the contribution may be returned in whole or in part in kind. The retired participant is also paid the part of the net income due to him, received by the partnership in a given year for the period of his stay in the partnership this year.
The property transferred by the participant of the partnership only for use is returned in kind without remuneration.
