Article 64. The authorized capital of a full partnership of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The amount of the authorized capital of a general partnership is determined by its founders, but may not be less than the minimum amount established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The minimum amount of the authorized capital of organizations engaged in microfinance activities established in the form of a general partnership is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on microfinance activities.

     The minimum amount of the authorized capital of collection agencies established in the form of a general partnership is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on collection activities.
