Article 104. Termination of the activities of the Interim Administration for the management of the Bank of the Law on Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic Kazakhstan
1. The activities of the interim administration for the management of the bank are terminated in the following cases::
1) the expiration of the period of activity of the interim administration for the management of the bank established by the decision of the authorized body or the termination of the financial stability restoration regime, the settlement regime;
2) the adoption by the authorized body of a decision on the early termination of the activities of the interim administration for the management of the bank.
2. The termination of the activities of the interim administration for the management of the bank in connection with the improvement of the financial situation of the bank entails the lifting of all restrictions on this bank established by the authorized body or the interim administration for the management of the bank. At the same time, the amendments and additions made during the activities of the interim administration for the management of the bank to the constituent documents, the activities of the bank's bodies and the staffing table of the bank remain in force.
